Terms and Conditions
- Registration will only be confirmed when we receive your completed online form and the full payment of conference fee (by cash or cheque) by the valid date.
- Completed indemnity forms are required for ALL conferees. Conferees that are under 21 years old would require a parent/guardian to sign the form.
- You will be notified by email when we have received your conference fee. It is important to ensure that the email address given is valid. Further details about your registration or announcements will be made via email.
- Fees paid are non-refundable.
