Dearest Meta Warrior,
today has been a truly Loooong day! Let me tell you why…

The staff gathering to pray in the morning… the students also gathered at different places to pray through the day’s program.
We started the morning with Pastor Chua continuing his message on Finishing Well. He shared from Joshua today and challenged the students to be HUNGRY for God and trust God for breakthroughs! Surveying the hall, i believed the conferees got the message. =)
Then, the kids (i mean, the conferees) were whisked to Ministry Equipping Part 2.

MEP (part 2) this is taught by ForeRunner & volunteers.
After MEP… it was lunch and the food was yummy but wait till you hear about dinner!
After lunch… it was OCM RaRa, PLAY time for the 400 conferees! Organizing games for 400 people can be rally challenging! Thank God that there is no rain even though there were dark clouds! Thank you for praying! We had a student who fell down during the games and injured her head. She is staying overnight at the hospital for observation. Please pray for Joanne that there is no major injury!
Special workshops were next! Another round of learning for the students, taught by another group of instructors (staff, volunteers, friends from other organizations)
and guess what? for the 1st time in Meta, we had GOLDEN PILLOW for dinner! God provides!
The night program is focused on Movement Building – Campus Vision Night. Our Campus Director Chin Leng spoke and challenged the conferees to be movement builders in their campus and beyond! Do pray that the students will continue to
The “red” campuses are those we have movements. The “blue” campuses are those we are TRUSTING God to start spiritual movements!
Long day isn’t it? We don’t know how we or the conferees made it but through your prayers, God sustained us! Thank you!!!
Outlook of Day 3: A Day of Sowing & Harvesting!
- Pastor Chung Kai will give his last message & I guess he will ask for response from the students. Pray for responsive hearts!
- Project X (aka field seminar) takes up the whole afternoon.
- Chong Hiok will be speaking at the finale night and there will be an altar call for full time labourers.
I leave you with our very own MORPH news!!! May you enjoy reading it! (it’s attached)

Dearest Meta Warriors,
it’s been a REALLY LONG but fulfilling Day 1 of Meta and thank you to those of you who prayed during the various segments! God heard your prayers!

the Leaders’ Track saw 150+ leaders came and they were really engaged during the sessions! It went well! Praise the Lord!

registration was a breeze too! and thank you for praying for NO RAIN! (we would have to shift all the registration stuff into the room)
we saw dark clouds but NO RAIN! Yoohoo! Praise the Lord!

meta opening was a blast! everything went on well!

Rev Chua Chung Kai spoke from 2 Timothy 1 and gave the students a chance to respond to the Lord, “HELP ME TO FINISH WELL. I WANT TO FOLLOW JESUS FULLY!”
Across the hall, many many stood up in response. Let’s pray for them in their journey of faith that as they aspire, they will attain,
(if you need to know, dinner was from LEE WEE BROS… good stuff, yum yum. Praise the Lord!)

ministry equipping commenced after dinner. We can feel the energy of the conferees dropping, especially those who came since leaders’ track but during the Community Group time, most shared what they have gleaned from the ministry equipping.
Remember MY URGENT PRAYER REQUEST email sent out earlier?

the girl in crutches is AVELIN! you prayed that her parents will allow her to come and give testimony! @ 4pm, her dad sent her to Praise Haven! God is good!
Day 2 outlook:
- it will be a LONG day… pray for sustenance.
- the staff are quite tired. please pray for strength.
- tonight, there were a number of students who complained of headaches (maybe dehydration?). pray for good health.
Thank You once again for praying! May the Lord bless you as you stand in the gap for us!
